Following the fast growing Edutainment activities in the Group, Globe International Holdings S.A. has decided to create a new company to incorporate all Edutainment’s activities under one umbrella. Globe Edutainment Inc. offers the full activities as follows:

  VIPO The Flying Dog

The VIPO project is a unique educational and creative project based on the stories of "VIPO the flying dog". VIPO has managed to charm countless children as well as their parents in a very short time. So far, the high quality, 3D animated series has been translated into 25 languages and broadcast in over 100 countries, including Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Poland. Having unusually long ears, VIPO learns to fly and is joined by his friends, Henry the stork and Betty the toy cat, on numerous adventures in a journey around the world. The VIPO series is not only entertaining, it is also educational, teaching children about different countries, cities, cultures and traditions. In addition, VIPO highlights principals of friendship, loyalty and mutual respect.   Time Island

Time Island Virtual World is a fun, engaging, "Edutainment" Internet World, which is based on the 2nd VIPO Series. The virtual world will allow kids to play, learn, connect with each other and develop various skills, whilst interacting with the Time Island characters. The internet world is a spin-off of the 2nd 3D animated series, "Surviving Time Island", and will appeal to both girls and boys aged 5-9. The virtual world will constitute a stand alone marketing tool that generates its own revenues and will develop independently, whilst supporting the TV series. Time Island is set on a mysterious island, where the world's avatars live, work and play among the jungle creatures known as the "Goggs". To survive, each avatar must build a hut and complete various jungle missions. Dozens of activities will be spread around the world, waiting for the child to explore and discover them, such as: games, challenges, missions and tasks, which introduce and practice different skills and topics relevant to the age group.

 MicroSteps

MicroSteps, provides a secured and supervised online communications solutions for Kindergartens. "Activit-e" is an effective, customised preschool community information source for parents, teachers, school directors and children. It allows school staff and parents to both easily communicate and access all school items of interest from one place. For example, on site, parents are able to access school policy and event notices, newsletters, messages from teachers or other parents, as well as see curriculum changes, and enjoy a selection of photos taken regularly during classes. microSteps launched in 2007.
